YOUR TASKS
Reporting to Vice President, Hub Operations, you will share accountability on a roster duty basis to ensure that the Central Asia Hub can comply with internal quality standards and meet operational and service standards in DHL Asia Pacific Network.- To plan, organize and manage warehouse operations and planned ramp operations
- To oversee the operation process and to ensure an efficient and accurate performance in the work shift
- To work closely with government authorities, airport personnel and stations in DHL network to ensure the highest service standards are achieved
- To assist in implementing new initiatives and changes in operations
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor degree in Transportation, Logistics, Manufacturing or Engineering related disciplines
- 5 years' working experience in industry such as transportation, logistics, airlines, airport operations, freight forwarding, express or manufacturing with at least 2 years in supervisory level
- Familiar with air transport practices and Hong Kong Customs rules and regulations is an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferable
- Excellent planning and project management skills, leadership and communication skills
- Able to work independently, under pressure and shifts
- Proficient in MS Office applications
