Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and secretarial support for committees
Responsible for HR duties including recruitment and selection, C&B administration, payroll, leave management and performance management etc.
Prepare various reports and analysis for management review
Update and maintain the human resources data base and personnel records
Any other tasks as assigned by superiors
Skills and Qualifications
Degree holder in Human Resources or related subject
1 - 2 years' relevant working experience in HR field
Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese / Chinese
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
Immediately available is highly preferred
